The Sandlings 55 Mile Ultra
The Sandlings path is long-distance trail throught the forests and heathland along the Suffolk Coast. The Sandlings 55 will take you south from Southwold down to Martlesham.
This gently undulating trail is a mix of tracks, paths and short sections of road and sandy trails.
There is a small kit list which is a minimum and left up to the individual to supplement and consider the conditions and weather. You can view the list here.
